Allow me the opportunity to provide my excellent appraisal service to you or your important clients.  For over 33 years, my appraisal services have benefited homeowners, home buyers, mortgage loan professionals, tax accountants, divorce mediators, wealth management consultants, attorneys and real estate professionals throughout Southern California. 

At Southland Appraisal Network, we strive to provide excellent service to all for any appraisal need. Every appraisal ordered is performed personally by me, Dean Zibas. My credentials including holding a California Certified-Residential appraisal license - the highest state license level for residential appraisers, in addition to a BS Marketing degree from Cal State Long Beach and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University.
